[ACM-115L] Intel Cyclone 10 GX FPGA board

Overview

ACM-115L is an FPGA board with Intel's High performance FPGA, Cyclone 10 GX. It's compact and very simple. 3.3V single power supply operation.

Rev2: The production of the Power IC (Enpirion) on the board was discontinued. So the part has been changed to the alternative and the board was revised.

• 3.3 V single power supply operation
  - 1.8 V, 0.9 V, 1.03 V and 1.35 V are generated on board.
  Note: Power for I/O, VCCOA/VCCOB, is required to be supplied from CNA and CNB.
• Configuration Device : MT25QU256
• 128 user I/O (with two 80pin HIROSE connectors)
  Power for I/O of CNA/CNB, VCCOA/VCCOB, are separated. Each power is required to be supplied externally.
  1.2V, 1.25V, 1.35V, 1.5V, 1.8V is suppored.
  Not all I/O is supported LVDS.
  Please refer to the document for FPGA about each I/O standard.
