New Product : AMD Artix UltraScale+ FFVB676 FPGA board - XCM-502L

HuMANDATA LTD., the manufacturer of various FPGA boards in Japan, today released XCM-502L series equipped with AMD Artix UltraScale+ FFVB676 FPGA.

XCM-502L series is an evaluation board equipped with a AMD high performance FPGA, Artix UltraScale+ (FFVB676 package). XCM-502L series have voltage regulators, oscillators, user LEDs, user switches, a configuration device and a DDR4 SDRAM on its compact size board.
Only one 3.3 V single power supply is needed. There are 128 user I/Os divided into  two Vcco groups.
