New Product : AMD Kintex-7 FPGA board - XCM-501

HuMANDATA LTD., the manufacturer of various FPGA boards in Japan, today released XCM-501 series equipped with AMD Kintex-7 FBG676 FPGA.

XCM-501 series is an evaluation board equipped with a AMD high performance FPGA, Kintex-7 series (FBG676 package). XCM-501 series have voltage regulators, oscillators, user LEDs, user switches, a configuration device and a DDR3L SDRAM on its compact size board.
Only one 3.3 V single power supply is needed. There are 128 user I/Os divided into  two Vcco groups.
