New Product : Intel Arria 10 GX F672 FPGA board

HuMANDATA LTD., the manufacturer of various FPGA boards in Japan, today released ACM-116L series equipped with Intel Arria 10 GX F672 FPGA.
HuMANDATA's ACM-116L is equipped with Intel high-spec Arria 10 GX F672 FPGA on a compact, 43 x 54 mm PCB. ACM-116L series have voltage regulators, oscillators, user LEDs, user switches, a configuration device and a DDR3L SDRAM on its compact size board.
Only one 3.3 V single power supply is needed. There are 128 user I/Os divided into two I/O groups.
HuMANDATA's ACM/XCM series boards are designed on same PCB size and connector layout. So it is easy to swap the board to another one, and you can quickly try a new FPGA/CPLD.
ACM-116L is compliant with the RoHS Directive, and is designed for lead-free soldering.

Note: Power for I/O, VCCOA/VCCOB, is required to be supplied from CNA and CNB. - Configuration Device : MT25QU256
- 128 user I/O (with two 80pin HIROSE connectors)
Power for I/O of CNA/CNB, VCCOA/VCCOB, are separated. Each power is required to be supplied externally.
1.2V, 1.25V, 1.35V, 1.5V, 1.8V is suppored.
Not all I/O is supported LVDS.
Please refer to the document for FPGA about each I/O standard. - On-board Oscillator : 50MHz, 100MHz (CMOS), 100MHz (LVDS)

MT41K512M8DA-107:P (512M x 8) - High speed transceivers are connected to user I/O connectors (Tx/Rx pair x2)
