[EDA-009] SuperSpeed connection check by a USB 3.0 test tool

EDA-009 is an Altera Cyclone V FPGA board with FTDI's USB3.0 SuperSpeed FIFO Bridge IC, FT600. We tested the FT600 with a test tool (USB30CV) to check USB3.0 connection.

We ran "Chapter 9 Tests [USB 3 Gen X devices]" for test.

Here is an HTML test report. As you can see, it passes all tests.

We are planning to develop an Kintex-7 FPGA board with the FT600.
