UX: XCM-301 for MIPI Test Fixture

The XCM-301 is used for MIPI D-PHY Reference termination board of The University of New Hampshire InterOperability Laboratory (UNH-IOL).

This test fixture board is used for MIPI communication test and to verify protocols in receivers.
